Tracking Information Notice

If your tracking number does not show any results here,
please try tracking it using the official Korea Post tracking link below.

We offer two shipping options:

STANDARD Shipping
• Shipped via Korea Post
• After leaving Korea, delivery is completed by the local postal service in your country

EXPEDITED Shipping (UPS)
• The shipment starts with Korea Post and is then handed over to UPS
• Once transferred, UPS completes the final delivery

Please note:
At first, only a Korea Post tracking number is issued and shared with you.
When the package is handed over to UPS, a UPS tracking number is generated internally, but you can still track your shipment using the Korea Post tracking number via the link below — even for UPS shipments.

Special Notice for U.S. Orders

Due to U.S. tariff policy changes, orders shipped to the United States follow a different process.

• Shipments are first sent by air to the U.S. via a separate international carrier
• After customs clearance in the U.S., delivery is completed by GOFO or USPS
• A tracking number is issued only after U.S. customs clearance is completed

Please note that tracking information for U.S. orders may not be available immediately after shipment.
